Speechwriting
and Content

Words that land.
Ideas that last.

Creating content

We help our clients to save time and maximise their impact by developing their content with them, finding the right words and stories to land their messages and in their tone of voice.

We have written a wide range of content for clients over the last twenty years – including business leaders, public figures and high-profile politicians and royalty.

Engagements have included: keynote speeches, awards acceptance speeches, conference openers, vision launches, product launches, results and investor presentations, media appearances and fireside chats.

We have worked in close and sustained partnerships with many c-suite leaders across all aspects of their communication

We have developed content for leaders to present at launch events to external audiences, including with suppliers, customers and partners

We have written hours of content that senior leaders have presented at internal all-hands meetings and ‘town-halls’

We have developed suites of content to launch important internal initiatives such as change programmes and major up-skilling projects

We have written for management teams as they prepare to present their business to external potential investors (e.g. at point of sale)

We have helped organisations develop the messaging to support the sharing of difficult news (e.g. job losses, pension scheme closures)

Pitch and Presentation Coaching

We help clients to develop and rehearse key presentations – making sure that key messages are landing and in a way that flows easily and compellingly.

We also make sure the client (and, often, the team), is really ‘showing up’ in their communication. This way, the audience will feel that they are in the presence of a credible, passionate and committed professional (or professionals) in whom they can place their trust.

We like to get involved early, helping agree objectives and identify strengths or vulnerabilities before shaping the overarching narrative. We then give support during materials-creation before facilitating the rehearsal process, giving targeted 1:1 support if necessary, and helping prepare for Q&A.

Examples of our work include:

Working with pitch teams as they compete for significant mandates

Helping management teams present to investor audiences

Supporting leadership teams prior to major internal or external events, including conferences, AGMs, internal town halls and new business launches

Coaching for Writers

Writing is such an important skill. After all, organisation success and efficiency often depends on sharing information and gaining approval and support at the exact time it is needed.

Often leaders depend on their teams to provide clear and impactful content for board and investment committee presentations, speeches, team and partner memos and updates, new initiative and process launches, and so on.

These moments are often of high importance, so a last-minute panic with sub-par materials can create tensions within even the most settles of teams.

To help clients address this, we take a practical and highly bespoke approach to sharing a range of key principles and structures that underpin good writing, using real examples and live writing projects to help learners understand and embed these principles immediately

Assessment
& Design

We begin with a short diagnostic phase to understand each participant’s writing style, current challenges, and organisational context.

Briefing with stakeholders on goals, priorities, and perceived skill gaps.
Review of existing templates and examples of strong writing.
Analysis of participants’ work samples to identify specific development needs.
This ensures the coaching is highly targeted and immediately relevant.

Workshop 1
Context & Purpose
(4 hours)

This session builds strong foundations in strategic and purposeful writing. We explore the why and who behind every piece of communication — what the writing must achieve, who it must reach, and how it needs to land. Participants learn to:

Clarify the intended outcome and impact of their writing.

Analyse audience needs, motivations, and sensitivities.
Distil complex ideas into clear, structured messages.
Use frameworks to create coherence across multiple authors or documents.

Between sessions, participants put new techniques into practice on live examples, supported by targeted feedback.

Workshop 2
Content & Style
(4 hours)

Building on the first workshop, this session focuses on how to craft writing that is both credible and compelling. Participants learn to:
Structure arguments and narratives for clarity and flow.
Adapt tone and register to different audiences and contexts.
Write with pace, authority, and precision.
Use evidence, examples, and data visualisation effectively.
Refine editing skills to strengthen readability and impact.
By the end of this session, participants leave with a toolkit of principles, techniques, and templates they can apply immediately to their day-to-day writing.
